Carol Whitaker Coaching offers private life and mindset coaching, including The Next Chapter Private Coaching Intensive, as well as keynotes, workshops, retreats, virtual presentations, and podcast or media interviews. Descriptions of our services on this website are provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.
Coaching is a partnership focused on clarity, decision-making, personal growth, and action. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and it is not a substitute for the care of a licensed physician, therapist, attorney, financial professional, or other licensed provider.
Any information shared on this website or during coaching about health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of real clients and readers and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Individual results vary.
The Clarity Call is a complimentary, private 30-minute phone conversation. It carries no obligation to purchase coaching. Clarity Calls are scheduled through a third-party booking service, and your use of that service is also subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
The investment for The Next Chapter Private Coaching Intensive, including the payment plan, is listed on our Work With Me page and on your private enrollment page. There are no additional or hidden fees. Fees may change at any time without affecting services you have already purchased.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Carol Whitaker Coaching does not see or store your full card details.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize Carol Whitaker Coaching to charge the card you provide automatically once each month for three consecutive monthly payments. Your first payment is charged when you enroll, and the remaining two payments are charged on the same day of each following month. You will receive an emailed receipt for each payment. The payment plan ends after the third payment, and no further charges will be made. If a payment cannot be processed, we will contact you to update your payment details, and coaching sessions may be paused until the payment is received. Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to complete all three payments, even if you decide to stop coaching sessions early, unless your coaching agreement states otherwise.
Enrollment in the Intensive is confirmed through a written coaching agreement. That agreement sets out the specific terms of your engagement, including payment schedule, scheduling and rescheduling of sessions, cancellations, and refunds. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed coaching agreement, the coaching agreement will govern.
Speaking fees listed on this website are starting rates. Each engagement is confirmed through a written agreement that sets out the date, format, fee, travel arrangements, and cancellation terms. All travel expenses are the responsibility of the event host in addition to the speaking fee.
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, the Carol Whitaker Coaching name, the five-stage coaching approach (Awaken, Align, Believe, Unleash, Thrive), and any materials provided during coaching or presentations, belongs to Carol Whitaker Coaching or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
